PIND DA SWAD at the Pink City with the Punjabi Food Festival at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre

Jaipur, 14 August: Reminiscing “PIND DA SWAD” the cuisine from Punjab at the Monarch,
the all-day dining restaurant of Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre inaugurated an unpretentious
and heart-warming food festival, Punjabi Food Festival on Friday. The festival will run from
10th August to 20th August, from 7:30 -11:00 pm, showcasing culinary delights from the
house of Punjab.


General Manager, Holiday Inn, Mr. Pankaj Gupta said “With this festival, we aim to introduce Jaipurites to the Punjab – land of the five rivers-Beas, Satluj, Chenab, Ravi and
Jhelum, is also called the land of milk and honey and taste of punjabi cuisine from Punjab’s
soil also known as the home to Tandoori cooking. Our team of chefs has meticulously curated
a delectable menu featuring the gems from the kitchens of the Punjab.” The hotel is serving a
slew of piquant dishes from the varities in the Punjabi cuisines, the meat lovers can never
have enough of the evergreen Butter Chicken, Chooza Khada Masala, Bhuna Gosht,
Tandoori Chicken, Machch ke Sooley and Fish Tikkas, vegetarian fare is equally
delightful as Sarson ka Saag, Chole Bhature, Harey Chholiya Da Pulao, Pind Da Saag,
tandoori chaap and Amritsari Bhutte di Tikki also forgotten beverages like kaanji will
take you through the delectable culinary journey of Punjab.
